1 General Terms

Failure to provide reasonable verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

3 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on d666. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. d666 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. Account sharing — allowing another person to log in to your account, place wagers or access your balance — is not permitted. Any activity performed via your login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on d666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this is instant or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of payment.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. d666 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tiers receive priority processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally the fastest, often completing within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• d666 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside d666's control.

If a withdrawal is declined, d666 support will notify you with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, pending wagering requirements or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal methods. In all cases, your funds remain in your account balance until the issue is resolved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

d666 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 international series and other occasions relevant to Pakistan players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing).
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7 VIP Programme

The d666 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progress through the tiers is automatic and based on your cumulative wagering activity. No application is required to enter or advance within the programme.

• VIP benefits include PKR cashback on losses, faster withdrawal processing, birthday bonuses and, at Platinum and Diamond tiers, a personal account manager.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier.
• VIP cashback is credited to your account balance on a set schedule (weekly or monthly depending on tier) and may have its own wagering conditions.
• d666 reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements, benefits or the structure of the programme at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard cashback mechanism.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on d666 — including live casino tables, slots, crash games and any other titles in the game lobby — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real cards and equipment monitored by live dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by d666 or any third party outside of the game provider's standard mechanics.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, d666's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. d666 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits d666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms
